The Therapeutic relationship is one of the
most successful methods of allieviating psychological distress.
Therapy is the treatment of emotional or behavioural
difficulties. Its aim is to allieviate these problems and in doing
so support a feeling of well being and good mental health.Psychological
therapy can help you to address and manage any personal or work
related issues you may have. As a counselling psychologist my
training puts the therapeutic relationship at the centre of my
work. I can help enhance both your personal and working life and
support the healing of emotional and psychological distress.
I work face to face with clients and have experience
with diverse presenting problems using varied evidence based therapeutic
techniques. I have been trained to to work with children, families
and adults and have extensive experience working in the National
Health Service.I have a special interest in Depression,
OCD and ADHD.
